Danijela's journey of supporting people started when she was a teenager. She had a passion to help others and so decided to enrol in a community Services course. The course supported her to have the right foundation to enter the industry and become a worker.

The people she would support had varying concerns such as disengaging from education, drug and alcohol, domestic violence, family conflict and so forth. She provided support to these people by using case work group work and mediation techniques and strategies.

Her passion to teach others how to be a positive youth worker and caseworker then grew, she began teaching at a Tertiary level for 8 years.

Danijela has a degree in Social Welfare Work, is a qualified Trainer and Assessor, Mediator, Group Facilitator as well as holds various Natural Therapies qualifications such as Massage, Kinesiology and Energy Healing.

Danijela believes that true wellness encompasses the mind, body, spirit and soul. Through her company InnerSparQ she is integrating Natural Therapies and Community Services strategies through education and wellness services, to empower and equip her clients with the knowledge and tools they need to enhance their well-being.
